Well folks we're a little late on the posts, and for that I take full responsibility and offer a sincere apology. This post won't quite fill that void as I only have a few minutes before an engaging cardiology lecture (Did you know the adult human heart weighs 300 grams?). Yes so far this year has proven to be just as exciting as the last.

But I thought given the 7 minutes I have to waste checking out who has most recently changed their profile picture on the facebook I'd post this nice little link of the Michael Vick chew toy. Now any dog can seek revenge by sinking its teeth into this little fella. I've sent one to all the dogs I know, its time you all jumped on to the trend too. It will hit LA in about a month I predict.

So he apologized in this quote: ""First, I want to apologize, you know, for all the things that -- that I've done and that I have allowed to happen. I want to personally apologize to commissioner [Roger] Goodell, [owner] Arthur Blank, coach Bobby Petrino, my Atlanta Falcons teammates, you know, for our -- for our previous discussions that we had. And I was not honest and forthright in our discussions, and, you know, I was ashamed and totally disappointed in myself to say the least," Vick said.

Reading this quote and watching it on youtube really makes me want to get rid of the habbit of saying "y'know", you know? Because, you know, it can be really weird reading you know over and over again in a quote. So I recommend to all future public speakers, or anyone who may have to make public apologies for things caught on film by paparrazi in LA, to drop the term "you know" from their every day speech.
